If you want to train in the IT sector, then you've come to the right place: because itelio is not only one of the leading IT service providers and cloud experts in the region, but also develops its own software. This means that we offer you the full range of common technologies, learn how to use them, (further) develop or sell products. Our goal is to continuously optimize IT environments for our customers and to revolutionize IT documentation with our Docusnap software.

With us, you work with the latest IT technology in a relaxed atmosphere where everyone is the other person's first name - even the boss. And you are never alone: During your entire training period, we will provide you with your own buddy who will accompany you on your journey, provide professional support and always have an open ear for you.

In our itelio apprenticeship academy, our own experts will train you on the most important IT basics and prepare you for everyday IT work with all its exciting challenges.

If you successfully complete your training, we will of course take you on to a permanent and permanent employment relationship and continue to support you by working with you to define areas of application and continuing education goals that match your personal development in the company. There are no limits to your internal continuing education opportunities: senior IT consultant, IT sales manager, cloud architect, software engineer — various additional qualifications, part-time courses of study, certifications and seminars will lead you to your goal.

Regardless of the profession you have learned with us, your minimum starting salary for full-time work (40-hour week) after training is €34,000.00 gross annual salary.

In our itelio apprenticeship academy, our own employees regularly train you on all important IT basics during your training. They are our IT specialists in various fields and teach you all the important basics. This means that you are well prepared for everyday work and the IHK final examination. You can put the knowledge you have learned into practice in your specialist department and deepen it in vocational school. At itelio AA, however, you will not only learn technical knowledge, but we also offer you comprehensive soft skills training: Whether self-organization, conflict management or telephone coaching: We will prepare you for everyday itelio work.
